Born in Biga in 1994, Başak Doğan completed her primary education in Biga and her secondary and high school education at Istanbul Bilfen College. She earned her bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bahçeşehir University and completed her master’s degree in Strategic Marketing and Brand Management at the same university.

Başak Doğan serves as an Executive Board Member within Doğanlar Holding. In 2026, she was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Biotrend Environmental and Energy Investments Inc.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Başak Doğan contributes to corporate governance and social responsibility projects as a member of the Corporate Governance Association of Türkiye and the Hayaller Kuruyoruz Association.
