Employee engagement and satisfaction are regularly measured by independent companies to receive employee feedback and identify actions that will increase engagement. The results are evaluated in such dimensions as engagement, leadership, performance culture and employee experience.
We carefully evaluate the recommendations of our employees coming from the recommendation system, and implement the applicable ones to improve our processes. Using our recommendation system called Great Idea, our employees can earn points and win awards following an evaluation of their ideas as an individual or team. Through the E.K.İ.P (meaning TEAM in Turkish) “Entertainment, Culture and Communication Platform”, we discuss how to have more fun together, how to become more cultivated and how to communicate better, generate new ideas and find ways to bring them to life. We carry out activities catering to the common interests of our employees, and we aim to add value to our community while strengthening friendships at work with our corporate social responsibility programs.
