Born in Germany in 1988, Güçer Doğan completed his primary and secondary education in Biga and his high school education at Istanbul Private Yüzyıl Işık High School. During his studies, he took early steps into professional life by completing summer internships between 2005 and 2010 at the production facilities of Doğanlar Holding.

In 2015, Güçer Doğan began his career as a Specialist in the Strategy and Development Department of Doğanlar Holding. In 2016, he served as a Sales Manager at Doğankent Elektrik Inc. Between 2017 and 2018, he worked in the Human Resources Department of Doğanlar Holding, gaining experience in organizational development and corporate processes.

Güçer Doğan currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Biotrend Environmental and Energy Investments Inc. and Korad Real Estate Investment Construction Inc., continuing his work in the fields of energy, real estate, and sustainable investments.

He is also a member of the TÜSİAD Corporate Entrepreneurship Working Group and BİSİAD.
